It also seems as if she has only reported FTE (full time teachers) for each district and not included those teachers that are being paid with Federal Funding. They too will have to receive the raise which will further reduce each of those allocations! If the district doesn’t have any money left in those Federal allocations the General Fund will have to cover the expense! If this occurs then district must watch maintenance of effort and supplanting which are big time Federal no no’s!
